Decades of Trusted Automotive Care in Virginia and West Virginia

"Absolutely my favorite place to get my car serviced! I've moved 4 times in recent years and have had to hop from mechanic to mechanic and this is by far the best one I've been to! They have a nice waiting area so I can actually wait for my car and they are always done within the time and cost they estimate to me. Every person I've talked to here is knowledgeable and pleasant as well. 100% recommend if you're looking for somewhere to bring your car for service"

"A great place to take your vehicle. The front desk gentlemen are very professional and will make sure any problem your vehicle has will get resolved. The mechanics in the garage are friendly and are good at diagnosing vehicle issues. Their pricing is fair market can I get the job done fast. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to Buettners."

"I am a relative newcomer to Hampshire County, therefore, not familiar with local businesses. Buettners Tire Distributors was recommended to me by my son and DIL since they are satisfied customers! My Tire Pressure warning Pressure warning light has been flashing. I checked and added air where needed, however, the light was still on. My son suggested I stop at Buettners and have them check my sensors. He assured me that Danny was honest and would help me. Today I stopped. Sure enough one of the rear sensors was bad. Danny also advised that my tires were not in good condition. They were dry rotting!! I was quite surprised! I agreed to replace the tires and it was accomplished within the hour. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Needless to say, this is my “go to” place not just for tires but oil changes, etc. Thank you, Danny and crew!!!!"

"I'd like to thank the guys at Buettner Tire Distributor for such wonderful customer service and professionalism today. I needed a flat tire replacement and they had the new tire ordered and put on same day. They even give you money off if you keep your tire!!"

"My Tesla Model Y Performance needed new tires. I looked all around and finally chose Buettner Tire & Auto. I'm glad I did. They had my tires in within a day AND got them installed the same exact day. More affordable than my usual online retailer. These are 21 inch rims with low profile tires, and they installed them flawlessly. This is the smoothest my car has driven since I bought it new. Everyone up front was nice as could be and the folks in the back clearly have it down to a science. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful service , done with a smile, laughs and good conversation ! Done in a timely and friendly manor. Next time I will purchase my tires there as well , this time they put tires on that I had purchased elsewhere. Even the other customers were great . I believe I found my new auto maintenance location ! And my vehicle runs like a dream now! Thank you all so much ! Gold Bless."

"A flat tire repair turned out to be a no-charge repair. To add to this, the Beuttner workers took the tire out of my truck, made the minor repair, and put it back in my truck! I was so happy with the repair that I left a tip for the employee who actually did the work. Since we are new to the area, Beuttner was recommended by a neighbor. We now know where we will have our tire needs fulfilled in the future - thanks, Beuttner, for a quick, inexpensive repair!"

"I had an excellent experience at this tire shop. The team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed and repaired a flat tire on my truck, and the service was both fast and high quality. I appreciated their clear communication, fair pricing, and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a business that values both workmanship and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely return for any future tire needs and highly recommend their services."

"Was in town for the holidays and I blew a front tire. went to a couple of other shops to get it replaced and their answer was we dont have the tire and won't be able to get until next week. Tire size 255/70/17. My wife found Buettner online. She called and spoke with Bobby and he got the tire ordered and installed the same day. Great service, quick service they did not try to up sell me anything. And while I was there I saw Bobby with a customer taking his time going through diffrent tires and prices helping the customer find the best tire for his budget, that really stands out in today's world. I would recommend to anyone needing tires or repairs. Thank you Team Buettner for getting me a tire and back on the road this holiday season!"

"I am new to the area and got a flat. Found Buettner online and took my tire to them to repair. After fixing, they recommended new tires due to the wear. I got a price and ordered new. Called when in and after a reschedule due to my time constraints, I drove out with new tires. The price was a no brainer. Would highly recommend. I was treated like a local. Will take all my business to them."
